Title: Customer Service I
Location: Orlando, Florida
Duration: 3 Month (100% Onsite)
Summary:
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls related to supply orders and basic technical support. The role requires strong time management, professional communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls regarding supply orders and general inquiries
- Make outbound follow-up calls and maintain accurate customer records
- Follow work instructions and meet call quality standards
- Provide basic technical support
- Maintain updated documentation and assist with office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft 365; strong typing skills
- High School Diploma required
- Bilingual preferred
