Title: RF Engineer
Location: Plano, TX

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or physics (fresh Grads may apply)
Responsibilities:
- RF design and testing
- Link budget testing
- Compliance testing (e.g., FCC 15.247, ETSI 300 328)
- Fine pitch soldering
- Working with modern consumer tech (e.g., cell phones)
Key Skills:
- Operation of RF test equipment (VNA, Signal Analyzer)
- Matching network design using Smith Chart
- Compliance testing knowledge (is a plus)
- Fine pitch soldering
- Familiarity with modern tech devices
Nice to have:
- Degreed and RF testing (mostly preferred)
- RF simulation tools (e.g., Ansys HFSS)
- Industry experience in RF design/testing
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and testing protocols
