Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Parking lot, 150 Saunders Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045
Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Position Summary
The Marketing Associate will support the tactical execution of marketing initiatives to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This role supports the U.S. ID product portfolio across professional market segments, including Hospital/Health Systems, Physician Offices, and Urgent Care. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing operations and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ad and promotional material approval process, including coordination with cross-functional teams and adherence to established operating procedures
- Support trade show logistics, materials, and promotional activities
- Own and maintain the collateral portal, including inventory monitoring, creation of new materials, and optimization recommendations
- Manage operational processes such as data routing, ordering workflows, and Statement of Work (SOW) administration
- Support ad hoc marketing campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing Managers
- Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external partners while maintaining compliance with established procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, implement best practices, and support automation initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing channels
- Apply sound, fact-based judgment when making recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, product management, sales/marketing analytics, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a collaborative working style
- Creative mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and optimize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with regulatory ad and promotional approval processes and systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats)
- Experience in a healthcare or diagnostics environment
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- High level of initiative, strategic thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
