Job Details:

The Sales Operation Analyst, will work directly with Commercial Analytics Manager to support reporting needs and development for Abbott Point of Care in the US

Main Responsibility:

• Conduct complex analyses leveraging and integrating data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, Saleforce.com, Power BI, etc.) and different types of data sets (e.g., structured and unstructured data) to develop actionable insights to guide the sales teams
• Report Creation: Assist with or develop reports that highlight key metrics and trends. These reports can vary in frequency and may include financial, operational, or performance-related information.
• Ability to work within Master Data to provide continuous feedback on data quality
• Assist with or create data visualizations (such as charts, graphs, and dashboards) to help users understand complex data more easily.
• Collaborate with business partners to track and assess key initiatives, based on aligned KPIs, definition of success, method of assessment and potential impact for initiatives.

Qualification:

• 0 - 2 Years Experience Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Understanding of sales operations processes
• Experience in Analytics and Reporting
• Acute attention to detail
• Preferable experience in health care environment
• Experience with following and creating Standard Operating Procedures to create reporting deliverable at regular cadences.
• Intermediate – Advanced Excel skills
• Power BI or similar BI tool experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred focus in Analytics, Data management)
