Job Title: Sr Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Plymouth, MN 55442
Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Position Summary
The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to support production schedules while improving productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects related to:
- New production equipment
- Process improvements
- Cost reduction initiatives
- New product introductions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians.
- Conduct Process FMEAs and Process Validations.
- Improve product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput using Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Coordinate the design, procurement, build, and debugging of tooling, machinery, and test equipment.
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to support Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
- Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Manufacturing, Quality, or Packaging experience.
- 3–5 years of experience with:
- Six Sigma methodologies
- Process improvement initiatives
- 1–2 years of Power BI experience.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Engineering degree preferred (any discipline, including international degrees).
