Title: Marketing Specialist II
Location: Waukegan, Illinois
Duration: 12 Month
Candidate will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint solutions that streamline business processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
This role requires an understanding of SharePoint architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint libraries, lists, and permissions.
Workflows and Forms Development:
- Design, develop, and implement custom workflows using Power Automate
- Create and customize forms using PowerApps.
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Implement and deploy SharePoint solutions that meet business needs and improve
- efficiency.
User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues
- As a Marketing Specialist II the candidate will also be trained across all functions of the IT
- Marketing & Communications team including:
- Project management
- Proofreading
- Writing
- In-person event support
- Promote a sense of belonging/culture
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with all levels across the organization
