Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Finance, or related roles with a strong understanding of incentive management and performance analytics.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Incentive & Award Management
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence (ComEx) and Finance teams to design, validate, and implement incentive schemes aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full incentive cycle: budget planning, updates, rLBE, actuals, placements, and pipeline closures.
- Perform monthly and quarterly incentive and award calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts.
- Communicate performance results and incentive structures to the field force in a clear and engaging manner.
- Ensure governance of the incentive process, including validation, execution, communication, payout, documentation, and audit compliance.
Sales & KPI Target Management
- Partner with ComEx and Finance to validate, adjust, and communicate sales and KPI targets to the field force.
- Monitor and validate performance data to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide regular performance tracking and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
Analytics & Reporting
- Validate performance data for goal sheets and incentive calculations.
- Deliver insights and recommendations through performance analytics to optimize incentive effectiveness.
Incentive Model Management
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of incentive and award models on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure models are aligned with evolving business strategies and financial targets.
