Title: Customer Service II - Bilingual (Spanish)

Location: Abbott Park, Illinois

Duration: 3 Month (Possibility of extension)

100% Onsite

Job Priorities

  • Core Associate responsibilities
  • Customer contracts
  • Cost center changes
  • Intake of mass transactions
  • Reporting relationship changes
  • Supervisory organization restructuring
  • Complex job changes

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday (or other system of record).
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is highly preferred.

Language:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Communication:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Work Schedule:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and shift based on business demands.

(*For U.S.-based roles: Mandatory overtime is required seasonally.)

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple incoming workloads across phone calls, chats, emails, and appointments.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of technology applications and in-depth knowledge of HR processes and programs.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with peers and HR teams across complex organizational structures.
  • Ability to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities in HR programs and processes.
