Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Duration: 12 Months

100% Onsite

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serves as an individual contributor working under general direction to support integration activities by leading project management efforts, providing Quality/Operations expertise, and executing change management responsibilities.
  • Works cross‑functionally with global sites (e.g., U.S., Europe, Asia)
  • and adjusts work hours as needed to support meetings and deliverables.

Project Management:

  • Prepares project plans and schedules by using project management tools and by working with appropriate staff to understand tasks necessary to complete project.
  • Directs project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans.
  • Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.
  • Resolves project issues by working with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate.

Quality / Operations:

  • Provides Quality / Operations body of knowledge to support implementation of project plan.
  • Applies Quality / Operations knowledge to assess data and apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving project issues.
  • Ensures Quality Management System compliance to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 by providing support through implementation of project plan.

Change Management:

  • Provide support, as needed, to implement procedural updates through change management system.

Skills:

  • Critical thinking
  • Technical writing
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 3-5 years (or equivalent)
  • Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or ISO 9001 experience preferred
