Title: Technical Writer - I
Location: Livermore, California
Duration: 3+ Months
Top Skills Needed:
2 years of experience as a technical writer, or document specialist, organization, strong time management, strong communication in English, critical thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Person will be working with Process Standardization, collaborating with Stakeholders, managers, and operational functions.
- Will produce 80 total documents during the duration of the contract, these are NNI (Needs New Insurance) and PRC (Prescription Required Case) documents.
- The documents are created using a template and follow GSG (General Services Guide)
- Tools used to create documents are MS, Salesforce, and PPT
- There are no daily, weekly, or monthly deadlines for creating the documents
- Process Flow: Document is created, sent to Stakeholders for approval
- Info is extracted from meetings, documents provided, and system for the creation of the documents This project falls under Heart Failure Division/Operations/Continuous Improvement
- Manager would like to see writing samples during the interview.
