Title: Product Support Specialist Sr.

Location: Irving, TX

Duration: 6 Month Assignment

Duties:

  • Review service ticket documentation to identify potential reportable events.
  • Review tickets that were coded incorrectly.
  • use the Abbott ticket documentation procedures, follow up with the owner of the ticket to update the ticket documentation to correct any identified issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Experience, in working with in-vitro diagnostic instruments and the associated clinical tests, specifically in the areas of clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and hematology.
  • Two (2) or more years’ experience working in a clinical laboratory and reviewing testing results is recommended.

Key Skills: strong written and verbal English communication skills to communicate with the ticket owners and others within the Abbott organization.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in the sciences or a medically related area Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Technician, or a closely related field of study
