Position Overview

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Specialist – Consumer Identity to lead the security assessment and governance of the Auth0 Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform. This is a high-visibility role focused on ensuring secure identity configurations, regulatory compliance, and best practices across consumer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess CIAM platform controls, including MFA, federation, password policies, RBAC/ABAC, and API security.
• Evaluate governance processes for compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
• Review data governance practices such as minimization, retention, and classification.
• Deliver gap assessment reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen identity architecture and security posture.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in identity architecture, IAM, or cybersecurity with focus on CIAM governance and controls.
• Hands-on experience with Auth0 or similar CIAM platforms.
• Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth protocols and modern authentication (WebAuthn, Passkeys).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Auth0 experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CIAM.
• Background in cloud-native and mobile application security.
