Title: Warehouse / Quality Production Tech

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 12 Month Assignment

100% Onsite

Major Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming finished product retain (reserve) samples
• Store incoming finished product retain (reserve) samples
• Remove expired finished product retain (reserve) samples from storage system and place on pallets for pick-up.
• Ensure all items are labelled properly.
• Assist the North America (NA) Complaint Operations group with document filing and placing new record folders in the cabinet(s).
• Ensure work area is clean, neat, and orderly
• Adhere to applicable area safety guidelines
• Assist NA Complaint Operations management team with special projects
• Provide weekly updates to management on responsibilities
• Advise management of unusual issues or concerns in area
• May include filling, labeling, palletizing
• Lifting up to 40-60 lbs.

Education:

• High school diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred Background:
• Warehouse setting
• Ability to think independently to solve problems
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge and understanding of various computer programs
