Job Title: Customer Service I/ Enrollment Services Representative

Location: 6465 National Drive, Livermore, CA 94550-8808

Duration: 6 Months

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Shift: Flexible shift between 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (will work 40 hours per week)

Position Overview

The Enrollment Services Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the enrollment process within the Acelis Health Group. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience by explaining services, reviewing costs, guiding customers through enrollment requirements, and providing training until accounts are fully activated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers through the complete enrollment process from initiation to activation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding.
  • Explain program services, enrollment requirements, and associated costs.
  • Provide customer training and onboarding assistance.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (phone-based customer support preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with strong information retention skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Dependable with strong attendance and reliability.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or enrollment services.
  • Prior experience assisting customers through onboarding or enrollment processes.
