Job description:

As the Inside Sales Support Representative, you will primarily handle faxing of documentation requests to our clinic customers. You may also manage inbound voice mail from customers and outbound calls for information requests. The Inside Sales Support Representative provides general assistance, as needed, to support the Sales team to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction with our clinic customers and patient success and satisfaction with remote monitoring.

Responsibilities 

  • Faxes documentation requests to customers
  • Assists Inside Sales with Inbound and Outbound customer calls, as needed.
  • Promotes use of digital platforms.
  • Provides assistance to customers, as needed.
  • Responsible for time management, adherence to schedule and attendance.
  • Follows all regulatory policies, procedures, privacy, and security standards in accordance with government agencies including all HIPAA requirements.

Required Qualifications 

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally with others in a professional manner.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency navigating multiple websites and platforms.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office programs and smart devices.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a clinical environment
  • Associates Degree

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work sitting down for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work with computer and multiple computer screens for extended periods of time.
  • No lifting over 10 pounds required without assistance.

Note:

  • Will be supporting role only for the Sales team- No inside sales calls will be required, however they will be on the phones.
  • They will be making outbound calls to follow-up on incomplete paperwork and on a call queue to support inbound clinic inquiries.
  • This position will be office/customer service role supporting the Inside Sales Team.
  • Is NOT within a call center- they need good attention to detail and ability to work and catch on quickly.
