Job Description:

  • This is a mid-level position- for a candidate that has solid tactical Administrative Skills, organization being the most important.
  • Candidate needs to be able to multitask, have high attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
  • 3- 5 Years of experience in administrative experience, if they have previous Facility experience that is a plus.
  • MS Office- proficient to advanced in Excel and PowerPoint, along with working with tasks and OneNote Strong written and verbal communication along with experience with technology and software.
  • This position will support various departments.
  • They will be handling conference room management, calendars, helping with seating rotations and charts.
  • Department supports the director, CFP, associate director, and other SR leaders.
