Summary

• Processes transactions in the Learning Management System per company training programs.
• Project implementation experience may be required for initial plan design and existing plan enhancements; able to execute testing and provide feedback on system changes.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Delivers training at a level which requires facilitation of group process in diverse settings; design learning interventions to meet defined needs; works with management to define organizational objectives and assist in the designing of courses to meet those business needs.
• BS (5+ years) in a learning, technical, or closely related discipline, or sufficient practical and transferable experience to demonstrate practical equivalence; understands human learning concepts and has experience designing learning interventions to meet specific business needs.
