Overview:

Abbott is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the transition from Seismic to Allego, coordinating cross-functional teams across Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Education, IT, Procurement, Legal, Salesforce, Veeva, and business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan and timeline.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, vendor, and support teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive critical decisions.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Lead governance, content ownership, and migration readiness activities.
• Coordinate Salesforce, Veeva, security, and provisioning workstreams.
• Support UAT, training, communications, and go-live readiness.
• Develop executive status updates and project communications.
• Partner with Allego implementation resources to achieve project milestones.
• Drive accountability across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Associate's degree accepted with 7+ years of experience and PMP certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Allego, Seismic, Salesforce, Veeva, LMS, or content management platforms.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
