Title: Contract Administrator
Location: Alameda, CA 94502
Duration: 12 Months | Onsite (with the flexibility to work from home one day per week)
Position Summary:
The Contract Administrator will join the Contract Operations team within the Finance organization, responsible for administering contracts and ensuring compliance for national and major retail pharmacy accounts. The role involves data analysis, contract processing, and monthly rebate reporting, utilizing Model N and SAP systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process administrative contract transactions across major retail and pharmacy accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Manage and submit monthly rebate payments to customers in a timely manner.
- Analyze contract rebate performance to ensure compliance and identify required pricing adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Market Access, Finance, and Account Management, to maintain consistency and accuracy in contract processing.
- Engage directly with external customers regarding contract and rebate matters.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on monthly rebate actuals, trends, and variances using Model N and SAP.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, or related field preferred).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in contract administration, data analysis, or pricing — preferably in the healthcare industry.
- General understanding of Business Law and contract terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and data manipulation).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or Microsoft Access is a plus.
