Job Responsibility:
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process.
- Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import & Export Regulations.
- Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
- The position also requires knowledge in Creating Porforma Invoices.
- Classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B.
- Maintaining updated FDA and Other Agency data, NAFTA Certificates of Origin.
- Filing Shipper's Export Declarations.
- Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System.
- Shipment Tracking and Follow Up.
- Logistics Coordinating/Assistance.
- Compliance/Audit.
- Audit Customs Brokerage Invoices.
- SOP Creation and Auditing.
