The Project Manager I leads cross-functional projects supporting In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR) initiatives. This role manages projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IVDR-related projects with Product Transfer, Regulatory, Quality, and other teams
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and budgets across multiple projects
• Facilitate collaboration with internal teams and third-party manufacturers
• Ensure compliance with design controls and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements and support product changes using tools such as PFMEA
• Provide project tracking, reporting, and status updates to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Project)
• Regulated industry or healthcare manufacturing experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification preferred
