Title: Implementation Support Project Manager Sr.

Location: Alameda, CA

Duration: 12 Months

Shifts: 7AM TO 4PM

100% Onsite

Duties:

• Proactively maintains and manages multiple project schedules and priorities concurrently Create, edit, and prepare business documents, presentations, and other departmental materials.
• Consistently handles confidential or business-sensitive information.
• Proactively identifies and resolves scheduling conflicts.
• Communicating, documenting, and archiving project team activities and decisions; acting as a primary contact for project team related information Facilitating project team meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders Identify and communicate project needs to relevant functional groups.
• If needed, manage cross-functional team meetings to meet project objectives through negotiating, problem solving and influencing skills.
• Aid relevant functional groups to complete project tasks / goals per the approved timeline.

Qualifications

• Program/project management experience in a highly regulated field
• Knowledge and understanding of project plans, processes and requirements.
• Operates independently and works on own initiative.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Airtable, Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat, Visio
