Our Alameda, CA location currently has an opportunity for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will design, plan, and execute HR development programs (e.g., leadership development, talent management, onboarding, DEI initiatives).

Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Execution
- Design, plan, and execute HR development programs (e.g., leadership development, talent management, onboarding, DEI initiatives).
- Translate strategic HR goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure timely and successful implementation of programs across departments and locations.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross-functional teams, including HR, business and external consultants.
- Facilitate collaboration between HR, business units, and executive leadership to align program goals with organizational priorities.
- Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Optimization & Change Management
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems through programmatic interventions.
- Develop change management strategies to support adoption and sustainability of HR initiatives.
- Monitor program performance and impact, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts related to HR development services.
- Plan use of external consultants to optimize costs and benefits.
Key Success Factors:
- Experience with HR initiatives, learning groups, learning and training matrix development.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed.
- Has experience with dashboard creation and creating project plans.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in human resources development.
- Strong Project Management experience.
