Our Alameda, CA location currently has an opportunity for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Class A certification standards across regional operations. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain functions, as well as the ability to influence senior leadership and support local program managers in driving transformational change.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the understanding, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Class A certification standards across all regional sites.
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Manufacturing, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between regional sites, Chicago MM operations, and external Class A consultants.
  • Support and guide local Program Managers in managing the full scope of changes required to achieve and sustain Class A certification.
  • Oversee the budget and timeline for Class A implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Establish and lead regional benchmarking teams to promote best practice sharing and consistency across all locations.
  • Provide regular updates and communications on project status to AI Division leadership.
  • Deliver training and implementation support to all Class A program participants across Manufacturing, Affiliate, and Logistics teams.
  • Strategically plan and manage the use of external consultants to maximize value and minimize cost.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to support long-term sustainability of Class A standards.

Key Success Factors:

  • Supervisory experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, manufacturing processes, and marketing functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Sciences, Engineering, or Humanities.
  • Proven project management track record, preferably in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with external consultants and managing large-scale change initiatives is a plus.
