Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer I will utilize engineering knowledge and technical skills to support manufacturing operations and business objectives. This role requires proactive problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration across teams to address manufacturing challenges, improve processes, and support production efficiency.
The engineer will be responsible for leading and executing manufacturing engineering tasks, identifying root causes of issues, and implementing effective solutions. Success in this role requires analytical thinking, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the capability to work on projects involving multiple interrelated elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve manufacturing processes and operations.
- Lead and take ownership of manufacturing engineering projects and technical tasks.
- Analyze complex manufacturing issues and recommend solutions.
- Anticipate potential problems and identify key technical concerns proactively.
- Apply creative problem-solving approaches when established precedents do not exist.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize DMAIC and CAPA methodologies for troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Assess the impact of engineering changes on related systems and manufacturing operations.
- Develop, verify, and validate engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with peers and mentors through technical reviews and project discussions.
- Participate in verification and validation activities to ensure solution effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
Required Skills
- Manufacturing engineering fundamentals
- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- Process improvement methodologies

Experience
- 0-3 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience.
- Recent graduates with applicable engineering coursework and project experience are encouraged to apply.

- Experience with quality and corrective action processes.
- Understanding of manufacturing systems and process optimization techniques.
