Summary
As an Associate Scientist, you will support the development and maintenance of the Quality System by creating, analyzing, and processing electronic Quality testing documents in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System.
- Create and process electronic Quality testing documents in compliance with QSR, ISO 13485, and other standards.
- Initiate and verify Document Change Requests (DCRs) for accuracy and compliance.
- Support project teams to improve testing and document efficiency.
- Prepare Quality testing documents for new products and on-market updates.
- Assist in issue resolution and provide recommendations to management.
- Help define and document departmental procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide internal technical support for electronic Quality testing documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Operations).
- Support data mining activities.
Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices.
- Experience working in a regulated Quality System environment.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions within defined guidelines.
Preferred:
- Experience with LIMS systems (authoring and managing test procedures).
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and related medical device/IVD regulations.
- Experience with IBM Cognos or Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
