Summary

We are looking for an entry-level Financial Analyst to support core financial processes, including month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role will also review capital expenditure requests to understand what is being requested, why it is needed, and whether the costs are reasonable. The ideal candidate is skilled in Excel, quick to learn new systems, and able to work with multiple business partners across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end financial reporting and prepare variance analysis
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze capital expenditure requests (what is being requested, why it’s needed, and cost justification)
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to business partners
• Maintain accurate Excel-based reports
• Communicate with shared service accounting and finance leaders
• Help improve processes and reporting tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Basic understanding of finance/accounting principles
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
