Job Summary
Seeking a Technical Writer II to support the Heart Failure Division by documenting business and operational processes using established templates. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering information from stakeholders, creating process documentation, and maintaining approved documents. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain process documentation using standardized templates.
- Gather information through meetings, existing documentation, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to document processes accurately.
- Review drafts with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and finalize documentation.
- Upload approved documents and maintain document control.
- Perform document scanning and general administrative/documentation tasks as needed.
- Manage multiple documents and projects simultaneously.
- Follow up with stakeholders to clarify information and ensure documentation accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Document Specialist.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Associate degree with relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Windchill is a plus.
