Summary:

The Supplier Enablement Analyst is responsible for supporting global supplier onboarding, supplier master data maintenance, and supplier data governance activities. This role serves as a key liaison between Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Vendor Master and supplier-facing teams to ensure supplier information is collected, validated, and maintained accurately within SAP systems.

The ideal candidate has experience working with supplier onboarding processes, supplier master data, SAP ERP, SAP MDG, and SAP Ariba. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of supplier requests while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).

The responsibilities align closely with supplier master data governance, SAP MDG workflows, and Ariba supplier lifecycle processes commonly found in enterprise SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier onboarding, maintenance, and supplier master data requests.
• Review supplier submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Create, update, extend, block, and deactivate supplier records within SAP systems.
• Support SAP MDG workflows, approvals, and governance processes for supplier master data.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Tax, Compliance, Treasury, and Accounts Payable teams to resolve supplier data issues.
• Coordinate supplier outreach for missing or incomplete documentation.
• Support supplier banking and payment information updates.
• Validate supplier tax documentation and required onboarding information.
• Monitor workflow queues and ensure requests are completed within defined SLAs.
• Investigate data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support testing activities, process enhancements, and system releases.
• Create and maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier onboarding and supplier data governance.
• Perform validation of sensitive supplier information, including banking details and tax documentation, in accordance with established controls and verification procedures.
• Support fraud prevention efforts by identifying high-risk requests, validating supplier identity, and escalating suspicious activity or potential data integrity concerns to appropriate stakeholders.

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Supplier Enablement, Supplier Onboarding, Vendor Master Data, Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations, or Master Data Management.
• Experience working with SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA).
• Experience maintaining supplier or vendor master records.
• Experience managing supplier onboarding or supplier information collection processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP MDG experience.
• SAP Ariba experience including Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Supplier Management, or Business Network.
• Experience supporting supplier governance or data quality initiatives.
• Knowledge of W-9, W-8, VAT, TIN validation, and supplier compliance processes.
• Experience supporting supplier fraud prevention controls, supplier identity verification, or banking information validation processes.
• Experience with workflow management systems and service management tools.
• Experience supporting global supplier populations.
