Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex financial planning projects across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning systems, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for financial planning initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of financial planning systems and tools, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
• Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices and innovative solutions within the team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers, providing support and development opportunities.
