Title: Project Manager
Location: Lake Forest, IL
Duration: 12 + Months
Duties: Overseeing the end-to-end program management of on market changes and supporting the New Product Introduction Pipeline. The Project Manager will report directly to the Director, ID Portfolio Strategy and NPI Program Management within the Program Management Office (PMO). Translates strategies into program/project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements; Continually tracks progress against those plans. Responsible for reporting assigned activities associated with program, responsible for collecting and collating all inputs from cross functional teams to support project reviews with leadership and relevant stakeholders. Provides input and experience to Strategic Programs to develop appropriate governance structure.
Experience: Project management skills, with proven ability to clearly define objectives and priorities, establish milestones, anticipate and mitigate risks, (1 – 4 years of experience) will consider candidates with more experience. Science/ IT/ Engineer background may apply

Leadership: lead cross-functional teams to meet and exceed goals in a dynamic environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail and quick recall.. Agile/ Waterfall are a plus… PMP is a bonus.
Problem Solving: Experience managing with ambiguity; demonstrated ability to take ownership of problems, exercise sound judgment and independently determine appropriate course of action where precedent may not exist
Strong communication skills – in English in written and verbal; briefing, presentation, education/training skills; Able to influence without authority
Education: BS degree
