Technical Support Scientist II

Title: Technical Support Scientist II

Location: Pomona, California

Duration: 5+ Months

Responsibilities:

• Perform LCMS test method development for drug testing in oral fluid and urine samples
• Perform test method characterization (TMC) and validations (TMV) for LCMS product release of calibrators and controls
• These cals and controls are used in conjunction with urine or oral fluid drugs of abuse assays run on clinical chemistry analyzers. Some of the assays are 510(k) cleared.

Qualifications:

• Experience developing/performing TMCs and/or TMVs on LCMS
• Ideally, the candidate would have direct experience with:
• Shimadzu LCMS
• Hamilton liquid handler, such as STAR, STARlet, or Nimbus
• Working in FDA regulated environment
