Title: Associate Scientist I

Location: Des Plaines, Illinois

Duration: 12 Month Assignment

100% Onsite

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations and audits is a plus
• Experience with process and test method validations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Support reagent manufacturing activities and operations
• Conduct investigations related to internal nonconformances and customer complaints involving reagents
• Assist in the development and improvement of reagent manufacturing processes and/or products
• Design experiments and testing schemes
• Analyze data, write protocols and reports
• Present findings to cross-functional teams
