 Project Manager Summary:

• Experience in diagnostics or medical devices
• Strong understanding of design controls and experience working in a regulated environment
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) through the design control process and design reviews
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of diagnostic assays is preferred
• Experience in creating and managing project timelines

Nice to Have:

• Experience in product development
• Familiarity with stage gates for new products
• Experience with Smartsheet
