Role Overview
The Knowledge Manager will serve as a program manager for ADC’s Customer Service knowledge strategy. This role will oversee the collection, retention, and sharing of global customer service knowledge content, ensuring it is a key driver of ADC’s world-class customer service standards.
As a leader and champion of Knowledge Management, the Knowledge Manager will be responsible for building, growing, and maintaining global knowledge initiatives, aligning them with ADC Customer Service’s mission and goals. The role will combine project management responsibilities with content writing/editing, while managing processes and ensuring consistency across global markets.
Hard Requirements
- Prior experience managing a robust knowledge management database
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and Einstein features (MUST)
- Background in a customer service knowledge role
