Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) on a PC.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-quality projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understand of digital marketing projects and platforms (e.g., email marketing, SEO, PPC, CMS & website management)
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to work remotely (email, conference calls & in person) with global and diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Some experience or working knowledge of any/all the following technologies: AEM (Adobe
- Experience Manager), Workfront, SharePoint, Wistia, ActOn, Photoshop, and Salesforce.
