Summary:

The Senior Specialist, Knowledge Management is responsible for developing and maintaining knowledge management tools, systems, and processes that support effective knowledge sharing across Engineering and R&D. This role supports the Engineering Knowledge Network (EKN) by managing knowledge resources, responding to technical requests, and improving workflows and user engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain knowledge libraries, databases, and applications using SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Support and update the Experts Database and knowledge repositories.
• Manage engineering and R&D knowledge requests and connect users with relevant resources or experts.
• Contribute to knowledge capture initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain metrics, reporting, and user feedback surveys.
• Support communications, including monthly newsletters and informational sessions.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with SharePoint configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience with reporting/visualization tools (e.g., QlikView)
• Power Apps and Power Automate experience preferred
