Title: Quality Assurance Project Specialist

Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Project Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining data, documentation, and systems to track, monitor, and support the supplier management program. The role ensures integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all assigned responsibilities while producing the highest quality results within business timelines and guidelines. The position requires strong technical competence, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills to respond to internal customer inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Supplier Management & Documentation: Maintain supplier management systems, documentation, and the global approved supplier list; coordinate with suppliers and prepare supplier exception reports.
- Issue Resolution & Collaboration: Escalate product performance issues and work with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, legal, Purchasing) to resolve supplier performance matters.
- Quality & Compliance: Support product improvement initiatives, review label information for allergen accuracy, and ensure compliance with Nutritional Regulations and GMP.
- Administrative & Project Support: Assist with meetings, events, reports, communications, and tracking departmental projects and timelines.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Science, Business, or a Technical related field.
Experience
- Five to seven years of customer support, business, or project planning experience preferred.

- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress common to office environments.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.

- Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritional products.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, Access, and Lotus.
