Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level Chemist I to join our Bulk Reagent Formulation team within the manufacturing division. This role is ideal for recent graduates with academic lab experience and a strong foundation in chemistry. The Chemist I will be responsible for preparing reagents, testing antibodies and antigens, and supporting quality processes in a GMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare reagents for ELISA, calibrators, and controls.
• Purify antibodies and test various biomolecules.
• Perform standard wet bench techniques (e.g., titrations, pH measurements).
• Interact and collaborate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation including batch records and SOPs.
• Support compliance with GMP standards and internal protocols.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree with 1–2 years of laboratory experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related science field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments and techniques, including pH meters, titrations, and general wet chemistry.
• Basic understanding of analytical methods and documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or medical device environment.
• Prior exposure to GMP practices and quality systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong written documentation skills.
