QA Specialist II

Title: QA Specialist II

Location: Itasca, IL

Duration: 12 Month

100% Onsite

Qualifications:

• Experience working in SAP is required.
• Previous Incoming Inspection/ Incoming Quality Control or similar experience requested. 

Responsibilities:

• Performs visual, dimensional, and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures and records them as prescribed.
• Assists engineering in providing manufacturing support by reviewing and analyzing data to determine manufacturing issues and trends. Assist engineering on incoming tools and equipment qualification activities.
• Reviews non-conforming material by utilizing tools and by developing knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures.
• Documents non-conformances in Non-Conforming Material Review System and lead investigations.
• Operates all associated test and measurement equipment as instructed and as documented in procedures.
• Completes and prioritizes work activities independently.
• Provides technical input to complex projects.
• Participates in cross functional teams.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of all technical processes and Quality System.
• Demonstrates strong experience with Good Documentation Practices.
