Title: Medical Billing Specialist

Location: Livermore, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Shift Time: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm PST

Responsibilities:

• This role is part of our Revenue Cycle Management team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to billing statement inquiries .
• Following up on outstanding patient balances.
• Interpreting EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
• Resolving unpaid accounts efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards Required Skill Strong medical billing and insurance knowledge.
• Experience with customer service in a healthcare setting .
• Ability to interpret EOBs, excellent communication and problem-solving skills .
