Summary
Requires proficiency in two to three vendor software programs - Excel expertise and knowledge with pivot tables, reporting would be required. ARIBA and Docusign or similar experience helpful.
Provides support to department manager and staff. Duties include: Tracking equipment and supplies, purchasing, shipping, editing existing documents, database upkeep. Previous inventory tracking or purchasing experience will be helpful. Organized and Detail oriented person with good follow through. Moderate to minimal supervision is provided.
REQUIRED
- Excel expert, pivot tables, reporting, etc.
- Highschool diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience (okay with new college grads in lieu of experience)

- Power BI or similar reporting tools
- SAP Purchasing and Inventory Management
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field
