Summary
Provide support to three Directors and their staffs. Duties may include arranging travel, scheduling meetings, supporting organizational town hall and offsite meetings, and completing expense reports. Moderate supervision is provided.
Role Focus
- Administrative Assistant to support 1 senior leader and 2 additional directors
- Primarily administrative-facing responsibilities; team has more than enough work to justify the role
- Core Responsibilities
- Calendar management (for managers and two directors)
- Planning and coordinating larger meetings (e.g., employee or team meetings)
- Travel and expense management
- General administrative support to ensure coverage alongside an existing administrative assistant
- Work Model & Location
- Primary location: St. Paul
- Alternative location: Plymouth facility
- Some flexibility for working from home

Experience Requirements
- Ideal: 2–3+ years of administrative experience
- Experience supporting multiple leaders preferred
- Experience in a large company preferred (medical device industry preferred but not required)
- Front desk or office management background considered appropriate if professional level
Education
- Minimum: High school diploma
- College degree preferred
- Candidates with administrative experience in academic environments may be considered, but must demonstrate readiness to transition to a large corporate/medical device setting
- Contract Details
- Initial contract expected to be at least one year, with possible extension
- Open to candidates with prior contract roles (if contract, clearly labeled on the résumé)
