About The Role
We are currently looking for Personal Care Workers to provide 1:1 support to our aged care and NDIS clients living in their own homes around Penrith. You will provide a range of services to ensure that they can continue to live in their own homes and a life they choose in their local community, including:
- Providing personal care
- Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Transporting clients to appointments and run errands and general community access
- Providing companionship and emotional support
Please note: We provide support services 7 days a week.
About You
In joining the team, you must have:
- Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police check
- CPR and First Aid Certificates
- A NSW Driver Licence and your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance.
- Experience administering medication and managing epilepsy highly favourable
