The checklist to make 2020 your best year yet!

If you answer yes to even one of the following questions, it may be time to consider moving towards a solutions that allows you and your team to be the best they can be in 2020.

◻ You can’t search through your candidate database

Sure, your database is full of candidate’s data, but is any of it useful? We know that data quickly becomes stale if candidates are unable to keep it up-to-date, and it’s even more useless if you’re unable to search through candidates to understand who may have the best skills for your role.

◻ You panic when you have to fill a position

Is finding a candidate costing you too much time, money and resources? Do you feel that you have no room to be flexible and just take your time to fill roles?

◻ You have no way of automatically tracking conversations you had with candidates

Do you feel like you spend half your time manually documenting conversations with candidates just so everyone in your team can be across all of your conversations? Surely your time is better spent elsewhere.

◻ You struggle to reach diversity targets

We all know that a diverse team is a more innovative and creative team, but traditional methods of recruitment often restrict your access and ability to communicate with diverse talent.

◻ You don’t have time to respond to every candidate who applies for the role

Don’t have time to let candidates know they weren’t successful with the role? Ever wondered what it’s doing to your brand’s reputation? Nothing good, I can promise you.

◻ Your candidate has no way of controlling their data

By giving your candidates the ability to control, edit and alter their data, you are putting control back in their hands. This also means that the information they are giving you is live and up-to-date. If they can’t control their data, there is no way of doing this.

◻ Your candidate doesn’t have visibility over where their application is sitting in the process

It’s essential for candidates to have the ability to have visibility over their job-hunting process and to allow for them to feel empowered. If your only way of communicating with candidates is via your hiring manager or recruiter directly contacting them, then it’s inevitable that they won’t be able to contact all respondents.
