About the Role

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Front Office management - all aspects
  • Park Operations – ensuring the efficient delivery of all services i.e. guest experience, grounds management and housekeeping.
  • Support, lead and manage the parks operational Teams
  • Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Attending to after-hours call outs

Skills & Experience

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can contribute to the smooth running of the park and who has the ability to lead the park in the Manager's absence.

You will bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management
  • Proven and demonstrated experience in managing, developing and training staff
  • Strong computer skills with experience with RMS or similar reservations systems
  • Building & grounds maintenance experience
  • A flexible attitude to work, and work hours (including weekends and after hours)
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional Guest experience
