How do I start an interview?
Simply click on the “start interview” button under the confirmed interview. You will then be asked if you would like the interview to be recorded. After the interview is completed you will be able to forward the interview to colleagues if needed. Once in the interview room a flash prompt will ask you to accept or deny access, you must choose accept to proceed with the interview.

What do I need?
A Webcam, Speakers or Headset and a broadband connection. Livehire is a browser based solution; you should be able to run it on any browser and OS. There is no software to download, however the video tool does need Flash to run properly. Generally flash application comes bundled with your current OS.. If you would like to download Flash go here www.adobe.com
Can I run other applications while I’m in LiveHire?
Generally it’s ok to run other applications while interviewing, however the Video tool will not run if you have other Video software open. Close any other video applications including your webcam software. Once you accept the Flash prompt in the interview room your Webcam will automatically turn on.
How do I find a Candidate?
Employers should have already identified candidates through regular means including their corporate website, referrals and job boards. LiveHire does provide free Job Postings found in the Administration Tab.
How do I schedule an interview?
Through our integrated Scheduler, enter the candidates exact first name, last name and exact email address. Once you choose the right candidate, a calendar will allow you to choose the dates you would like to interview. Just add the times and save schedule.
What if I want to add more times?
Simply choose “Save and add more dates”
What if a candidate is not registered?
You can choose to “Send and Invite” to join LiveHire, or once you add their names and email address a notification will be sent to the candidate. If you like you can follow up with the candidate to make sure they sign up for free under Candidates.
What is the cost for Candidates?
It’s free for candidates.
Can I add a job description or Job Application?
Once you schedule the date and time you will have the option to also notify other managers of the interview and forward a Job Description or Job Application to the Candidate.
What if the Candidate doesn’t have a webcam?
These days obtaining a webcam is a simple process through your local electronics merchant or online. LiveHire will also send webcams to candidates if requested of the employer. Cost will be added to the price of the interview.
